Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

The form does not ask for medical records. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms also apply.

Why we use it

So we can answer you and, when you ask for one, prepare a written plan and price. We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.

Who sees it

Precious Dental staff who handle enquiries, and the dentist who looks at your photos. Enquiries arrive by email and a copy is kept on our web server outside the public web folder. We do not sell your details or pass them to any other clinic or company.

How long we keep it

As long as we need to answer you and follow up the treatment you asked about. Once you are a patient, your records follow the clinic's rules for patient files. Ask at any time and we will delete your enquiry and any photos.

Cookies

The site works without cookies. With your permission we use Google Analytics to count visits; no advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email info@dentprecious.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

An honest second look

Not sure what your teeth need?

Send us a few photos of your smile. A dentist looks at them and tells you plainly whether you need veneers, crowns, whitening, bonding, or nothing at all.
